At UNIQSO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, circle lenses and cosmetics cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.

  Approval & Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address for your region.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the unused items in their original vials or boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  After receiving and inspecting your return for intact seals, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
